Dr. Anderson and his surgery team made me feel connected and they stayed with me throughout the entire experience. The surgery texts were extremely helpful. It calms your worries. They had communication for all healing and the text with information were incredibly helpful with what to expect, your progress and what to do if there are any issues.
The knowledge of orthopedic he has is amazing, I really appreciated the constant follow up’s, he really did his job well. I had a complicated operation, Dr Anderson was referred to me, I felt that after my experience with him and his, team really changed and strengthened my faith in health care. AMAZING surgeon and medical team. I felt heard and seen by Dr Anderson and he immediately made me feel like I made a good choice to have him as my surgeon. His continued care and education and empathetic approach leading up to the surgery made me feel prepared and the text message system pre and post opp really helped the entire process. Day of surgery: the way he and his staff worked with my mom made her decide to switch to him for her inevitable knee surgery. Amazing team. I'm really happy with the results.
