I am very disappointed with the communication I received from this establishment. I reached out for about 3 weeks, many times, and left messages. I finally received a call back just for the very rude man who answered the phone to tell me "we cant help you" and proceeds to hang up the phone. I was referred to this place and have never been more disappointed. Very unprofessional.

We've been seeing Dr. Luca for our 6-year-old daughter for about 6 months now and we couldn't be more grateful. I was a veteran referral to Dr Luca years ago. I 8 yrs later just now won my appeal with the Board of Veterans Appeals in DC. Nobody matches Dr Luca for compassion, care, knowledge, experience and professional manner. I highly recommend for anyone, family to consider Dr Luca to assist in any behavior or mental health issues. Dr. Luca has been instrumental in helping me find the right approaches to deal with my anxiety/depression and newly diagnosed ADHD. I really appreciate her less-is-more approach, unlike doctors who just try to throw meds at a problem instead of understanding the problem and finding alternative ways of "fixing" it, per se. She is very attentive, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about many different areas. I would absolutely highly recommend her to anybody needing a psychiatrist.
