HORRIBLE service. Rude rude staff. Such a shame cause the food is tasty. Don't ever bother going unless you know what you what and your whole party is there at one time. Otherwise you get horrible attitude and are made to feel like a criminal.
Everything is too sweet...need to cut back on the sugar
Loveeeed the place and had the greatest pho ever!!! Went twice while in town and If I lived in Portland would surely go there a lot. Pricing was right on point...
