We frequently visit Luby’s for lunch. We like the food and service. Waiters we’ve had have always been attentive. With that said, on our last visit, I was a little perplexed. My husband (Firefighter in uniform) and I, were behind a few PD officers and noticed they were given a discount, as is Luby’s way, but overlooked my husband. We had about 35 people show for a last minute lunch get together and the Luby’s staff welcomes and accommodated us! Very friendly service too!

Love they have a good selection of salad stuff,, love it😘🤓😀
customer service is severely lacking. took forever to be addressed, was asked to wait forever for 5 minutes for a side dish to be made and when it went way past that asked for my money back. not even an I'm sorry. you have a good product but your customer service will make people not want to go back. not one person in that place showed any concern or even said they were sorry for the delay. (multiple delays).
