Always Fresh Food! – I love this Luby's. The food is always fresh and the attendants are eager to please! Delicious! A bit more costly than I care to pay for a cafeteria setting, but it is still good!

Employees w/Poor Hygiene – Have been going here since the doors opened many years ago and the food has always been generally very good. Over the years, I can always tell when there has been a change in management or whoever decides what foods are served ,because some of our favorite dishes disappear. As a regular weekly diner, I know most of the table servers and they know me and my family and most are very nice and helpful. Awesome food – The food is always fresh, and tastes great. It is a bit pricey, but well worth it. Nice people working there as well.
Confused on the Concept – Ok, the food is generally good. Location is convenient. What I don't get is having a waitstaff. You place your own order, get your own drink, pay your own bill and take your food to the table. A waiter/waitress comes by, asks if you need anything (?) and places one straw on the table. What am I supposed to tip for?
Horriable Service, Horriable Food, and Overpriced for Any Kind of Food! – When I was going to sit after getting my food, there were a group of tables that were not cleaned off and there were two waiters just standing around doing nothing. I wanted to sit at one of those tables, but I found somewhere else to sit. Staff makes the cut, but the food does not – All the Luby's restaurants generally have a staff that aims to please. But what happened to the great quality that Luby used to be associated with? Everyone I knew in the 80's said that Luby's blew Furr's away. Back then, I agreed.
