Honestly this is one of my favorite Lubby's !! My server last night was very tentative and sweet ! They always have a huge selection of entrées, sides, desserts and salads. The service is over all is wonderful here.

The servers were rude and lost. They didn't have any chicken fried steak. I asked for it and they were lost on how to get some more then they told me they didn't have anyone to cut the meat for it and that it would take a very long time. I asked for cheese and broccoli, I didn't get my cheese until later. I asked for mashed potatoes and gravy, the server just slopped it all on top of my cheeseless broccoli, I didn't get offered bread. I've never spent 25+ mins in a drive thru. I called to ask what the hold up was and the lady who answered explained they had huge lunch orders. But she also made it feel like these call in orders took priority over anything. I would have driven off but by the way the drive thru is, once you're in it, you're stuck. I was atleast expecting hot food. Boy was I wrong!
