I got the roasted turkey and it tasted as cold as if it had been taken directly out of the fridge! I had to ask my sever to nuke it! it was gross to say the least. That meal should've been on the house!

good service, security and good price
Customer service is terrible! Very, very rude and unprofessional except the excellent waitstaff for our private party in the party room. Kudos to them. I had to put a drive thru employee in her place for being disrespectful.
Thanksgiving pick up at Luby’s is a no go!
At least not for their Thanksgiving Dinners/Feast. Pick up time for just a turkey....no sides or desserts was at 7pm. It is now 8:30pm and still waiting for our turkey. VERY UNORGANIZED!!!
Best fish ever and is always good
the staff is so friendly. the food is always good. love the carrot raisin salad.
Always great food! I will miss the fried fish and mac and cheese.
