No real utensils and napkins available! Had to refill our own drinks, even though not crowded at all! Didn’t enjoy my dinner! Bad experiences at other locations and thought this one would be better.

Make sure you check your to-go order. My daughter ordered me a Liver and onion combo dinner. Had 4 pieces of liver burnt so bad it was black. They had the god side turn up and the burnt turned down. This is the third time I had undesirable liver from this restaurant. Called, manage asked if I had receipt, did not offer opology.
Waitress was very pleasant and helpful..I forgot to get her name.
Very good reasonably priced! They changed the white rolls and they are nasty! But my server was great! Don’t go on Sundays between noon and 4. Packed house!
Lubys must have a new owner or Manager; the food was better, i had fried fish, and the service was exceptional!
