This is the WORST wait service!! Six tables the rest of the place was empty. 9 staff sitting, cutting up, on their cell phones. And not one server came to welcome us or anyone else. No refills, nor were we asked if we needed anything! This is my last time at this pitiful Luby's location.
Was here on 2/5/2019 at 2:54pm. Ordered fish and roast beef. Service was so slow that it was 3:19 when we paid the ticket and went to the table. Fish and Roast Beef were cold before we even ordered the vegetables. Roast Beef was an outside cut so was salty, burnt and tough. First time we've had a problem at this location. Dallas Health Inspectors were present and the restaurant locked the doors and closed for the day as we were leaving. Not sure what that means.
The servers were awful and the unable to answer simple questions. The food was luke warm with absolutely no flavor. I felt it was very overpriced as my husband and I spent $45 for lunch. We won’t make this mistake again

I love this location so much Ill drive from Mansfield passing the Arlington location right on up lol They are much friendlier, the food taste better & the atmosphere is warmer.
I have no idea who was on kitchen duty yesterday, but the food was the WORST yesterday I've ever had. That supposed to be Chess Pie, a dying dog wouldn't eat that. Do better!

I am done with Luby's, in fact, this is the worse restaurant I have ever eaten at. I went there July 10, 2017. The service is below unacceptable. I was being served a chicken fried steak the server was trying to put the chicken fried steak on a plate and all the batter fell off. She wanted to serve it to me, No fucking way. I left the restaurant feeling the same way I came in, HUNGRY. I will never go there again. Who in the hell is rating this 3.9 I will rate this 0.0 Extremely poor, I will not recommend this restaurant.
