Been going there for years but not anymore. Dr Luberto is a very nice knowledgeable dr, however the every time I call or go in the front staff is extremely rude and disrespectful. On more then one occasion I heard them talking badly about people that are there to see them. I signed in today right in front of one of them and they completely ignored me. I had if I needed to fill anything out like medical information. She treated me like an idiot it was unreal. If you want to be treated bad go
Arrived at 2:20 PM for 2:30 appointment. At 2:45 office staff finally took my co-pay. At 2:50 put in an exam room and Dr. Luberto in a few minutes later and out in under 5 minutes. Then waited 15 minutes to get my shot- after I went into the hallway to look for someone. This is a typical office visit at Dr. Luberto's
