Let me start off with how convenient this place is, I never go when there is a line and like today nobody was there so I was able to drive right in sweet!! They always try to up sell you and they reminded me i needed to change my transmission fluid, I thought I would go for it this time but when I asked them to check the fluid they didn't have me start the car and put it neutral, which is how you check automatic transmission fluid. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Service is amazing. Everyone is very courteous and professional. I've had the pleasure twice now having Brad as my upper deck Tech and he goes above and beyond. I actually just left there Very pleased. Brad took the time about 2 weeks ago to explain to my daughter who is a first time car owner about her fluids and what to look for since has an older VW jetta. He's absolute pleasure to deal with.
