That two out of the four employees that worked today, wouldn’t stop trash talking and making absolutely rude comments within earshot about the choice of dog I had in my car. If they wanted to bad mouth about a certain breed of dog they should of waited until the customer was gone. I should of just drove off and went somewhere else. I have gone here multiple times in the past and now I will never go here again.

I can't believe a business owner will not accept responsibility if the actions of the business and its employees. I have been using Lube One ever since that have been open. Until my recent oil change, I will not go back. They cross threaded my plug and now the dealership will not release my car unless a new oil pan is installed. This is a simple fix for a business as it is their liability for over torquing the oil plug. As a customer if Lube One. I will not send anyone to you or myself.
Been going to lube one in Emmett since they opened. Last month went there for an oil change and wiper blades. This month during a storm I tried to to use my wiper blades and the passenger side did not work. So I drove to lube one explained the problem thinking no big deal. They however told me that it was not there product and that they would not replace them. Treated me like I had lied to them and was trying to rip them off.
