Even though it was Saturday, the team took the time to check it right away and quickly found the problem — the wheel nuts hadn’t been tightened properly after another service changed my winter tires, which was actually very dangerous. They fixed everything so quickly, explained it clearly, and made me feel completely safe again. I’m truly grateful for their kindness and professionalism. Highly recommended!
