Forgotten Oil First of all, this business doesn't even deserve the one star I have to give them for this review. I have been a loyal customer for 15 years and would have had nothing but an outstanding review however when I changed the oil on one of my vehicles last week I was told by my mother who uses that car that the oil light was on. Great for Car Repairs Too! I love this place and will tell everyone I know about it. I just got a quote from Quirk for $1300 to have some repair work done on my car. Went to Lube Lab to get a second opinion and quote, and ended up letting them do the work. They charged me almost 1/3 of the other guys' price. Thank you again Lube Lab!
Another Satisfied Customer I have been taking my fleet of trucks to lube lab for over 10 years and have always experienced the best service. The reason i am writing this is because on a recent visit they pointed out to my employee that the truck he was having serviced had 2 bad coolant hoses and were just about to go and one did just as the truck pulled into the repair garage. Now thats what I call service and let me remind you they dont make a dime going the extra mile to point out future problems.
Oil Change - quick service Lube Lab Incorporated has one 10 minute oil change scheme. Thay did a 13 point oil change for only $24.95. Also they provide winterize coolant system & total transmission service fluid flusher by Auto Tool for really very low prices. They were so quick that I felt like Drive Thru. Also you don't need any appointment
CONSISTANT GREAT SERVICE I am a LONG TIME CUSTOMER and have always received SUPERIOR SERVICE. QUICK, COURTEOUS and THOROUGH oil change for a REASONABLE PRICE. Now I can enjoy the same GREAT SERVICE next door at the CAR WASH. You will not be sorry you drove in!
Disappointed first time customer My first oil change with Lube Lab left me disappointed. Some Items on the 13-point check were not done, including tire pressure and door hinge lube. Being the only customer at the time rules out the possibility that the staff were too busy, rather they failed to run down their own checklist. On the positive side, the staff was courteous and the job was done in 10-15 minutes. I suggest that they follow though with their own procedure, one that they clearly advertise. number one in my book I have been going to lube lab since late 2005 with my Honda accord and have never had a problem. The workers there are professional and not just let you know whats wrong with your vehicle but will show you. They don't put used oil in your car like Monroe muffle on rt 3a in Quincy or not putting on the oil cap tight enough to freeze your engine up like jiffy lube on rt 18.
HORRIBLE!! Don't go here ever! I usually use Valvoline but decided to give the Lube Lab a second try after a very bad first experience. Well, after being forced to go in the left line when I knew the truck inside was having problems, 6 cars that showed up after me got in before me. I asked to speak with the manager and this girl who looked more like a whore than an employee fresh mouthed me from the start.
