This was the fourth time I have gone to LE and always, whomever I am dealing with, the young men are kind and attentive and are always willing to explain what my car's needs are. Pleasantness, respect, kindness and patience is why I continue to go back primarily. Of course, they have earned my trust, and they always do a great job....so I will continue to go back!
