My husband and I had our tires changed in Red Deer. When we reached Airdrie it was time to have the tires re-torqued, luckily for us Silek( sorry if spelled wrong) and Dean found that one of my tires had not been tightened properly. They promptly tightened all tires, Thus saving us from a possible accident.
