Love Lubbock kids dental, wouldn't take my kids anywhere else
First visit here staff was friendly, Dr. Kennel was great with my son and explained everything very well. Wait wasn't bad about an hour and a half total start to finish I used to wait longer for my daughters pedi before we switched.
I've had my kids here since birth so hate to change their dentist. Dr. Kennel is awesome. Staff is becoming more sorry every time we come. Waited on dental papers for my daughter's school. Dropped it off on a Monday & was told they would call me that Friday when it was ready & they never called. 3 weeks later still waiting. On top of that why set appointments if you just going to call back the people you choose to? Appointment was at 10... It's 11:20 I'm still waiting... Yet people who walked in after 10:20 are already calle... read more
Dr. Kennel is amazing. The staff i encountered were friendly and very informative. They are awesome with kids. The wait time, well there was a wait however they saw my son after working him in and so i expected that. No toilet paper in the restroom. I rather like the environment and setup, definately kid friendly.

* Fusstrated * Sitting and waiting for 45 minutes when I scheduled an appointment! The restroom smells like pee and didn't have any toilet paper. I tell the lady at the desk "Ma'am there is no toilet paper in the restroom" .... instead of putting it in their, she hands me it. My thoughts are "so you want me to put it in the holder .. �Okay I gotchu! (Can't make a seen ash to many kids around) I wanna leave so bad but they charged us up front....they got me good������ As i ask for my money back they say they have a chair open... read more
