Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Sometimes, but not always Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Somewhat, they didn't want to listen to almost anything I said

Don't go to him if you're at all overweight. He will completely ignore anything you say and make fat jokes. He ignored my complaints of frequently being unable to swallow correctly (I was later diagnosed with esophageal spasms) because "clearly you can eat so you must have no trouble swallowing". He also took my mother off an anti depressant without stepping it down, which was AWFUL. We had to have another doctor intervene.

No, they take every concern of mine seriously Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in

I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. I would never recommend them to anyone, not even if they were the only provider in the area. They were terrible. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. It takes over a week refill prescriptions and when I needed an appointment it takes a couple of weeks to get into the doctor and then they sta... read more

Well. After five visits, it's pretty apparent that I'm wasting my time not only with Dr. Dalton, but also with his staff. Getting him to look at some tests required an office visit because, according to one of the six nurses I talked to when trying to decipher my results, he doesn't call patients back. His nurses are horrible at returning phone calls in a timely manner. Just forget about that. You know what? I was disappointed in Dr. Dalton and the office staff. They were extremely impersonal. It takes two days for them to return a phone call to answer a simple question. It has taken over two weeks just to get a necessary prescription filled. During the gathering of patient medical history and information, the nurse, staff and doctor do not look me in the eye to ask me these questions, but rather stare at a computer screen.
