Even though my client and I ultimately went with another property, Luba was extremely generous with her expertise and insights. Luba represented us in the sale of a condo in SOMA. She guided the process efficiently and effectively, found solutions to all problems, helped us choose the right buyer, negotiated for the highest return, dealt with reams of paperwork and did it all with minimum stress for us. She is the real deal.
Luba is a fantastic agent and a fantastic person. She kept us updated all along the way and did extra duty keeping alive the plants that were part of our staging. Buying or selling property in SF is complicated because of the many disclosures required and she knows about all of them, guiding a novice like me so that all documents were ready in time for the close.
