I attempted to make an appointment with Dr Pillon and it was quite troublesome. The receptionist told me I needed to get my historical records which I did. She also said my insurance requires a referral from another doctor. A telephoned my insurance company and they said the plan I was on did not require a referral and that I could go see Dr Pillon and they would cover it. I called the office back and spoke with Edna who advised me that she didn't care if my insurance company said that that they still want a referral? I coul... read more
Dr. Pillon is a wonderful doctor. She's extremely knowledgeable and will address all of your concerns. She even took the time to show me an app on her phone for healthier diet options. I feel very lucky to have her as my doctor because she's the best! Thank you, Kristine K.
I recently had to find a new kidney doctor and went to Luana Pillon. What a refreshing experience. The doctor was on time, she took time to explain her findings, and at the end of your visit she gives you a write up to take home going over the entire visit. No more going home and saying "What did the doctor say? What am I supposed to do?" Honestly, the whole experience is wonderful.
