Dr. Luis is a nonsense type of doctor. He want to know the facts & none of fluffy stuff. I like Dr. Lu but could a little on his bedside matter. He has very resourceable assistant Ms. Kim.
I haven't met a more useless doctor in my life. A lifeguard at the Olympics protecting world class athletes does more work than this man. I don't know how he walks into his office day in and day out and is okay with accomplishing nothing. I seriously don't know what he does in that office. If you try calling to set up an appointment good luck. I've called countless times with no callback. At one point I had to call with a different area code before they picked up.
