I found the administrative professional at the reception desk to be pleasant, kind and professional. My interaction with Dr. Lu was a little dicey. We had a difference of opinion on my care and since I wasn't there for my diabetes but another matter - we focused on that. He is a very direct doctor. Personally, I prefer more bedside manner. I am sure he is very knowledgeable not my type of interaction I want with any of my medical team who provides me care. Dr. Luis is a nonsense type of doctor. He want to know the facts & none of fluffy stuff. I like Dr. Lu but could a little on his bedside matter. He has very resourceable assistant Ms. Kim.
