There’s a cute fenced in grass and patio area that’s perfect for playing with my doggy. Apartments are pretty spacious and there’s always parking! I have had multiple roommate issues, and the property manager always replies to emails super quickly and has even rushed paperwork during a holiday break!
The property manager, PJ, is great to work with and responds to any needs promptly! Maintenance is also great and has urgently fixed any issues I've had. The complex is kept clean and the apartment is affordable for the area. I am very pleased with my experience thus far-
Before the rent laws they increased my rent 75% over years. One of the stairs broke off and sent my roommate to the hospital with a huge gash. Absolutely do not recommend ludon apartments or their rental management company. After moving out they charged me $3000 in damages without ever contacting me at my forwarding address so I could appeal the obvious scam.
