非常糟糕的经历！简直是噩梦！ 我的小孩三岁，做常规牙齿检查。诊室不允许家长陪伴，小朋友一个人有些害怕，但是医生和护士根本没有顾及孩子的情绪，动作粗暴，小朋友更加被吓到，坚决不肯合作。这个时候，医生表现得非常不耐烦，缺乏应有的专业精神和爱心，一脸的嫌弃的表情。直接终止了检查，还厌烦小朋友不合作。孩子出门之后，一直在说嘴疼，妈妈仔细查看，发现小朋友的上嘴唇有一处伤口，似乎是某种器械伤到。真是太过分了！！！令人气愤。这么粗野地对待小朋友患者，让人气愤！！！小朋友经历之后被吓到了，回到家睡觉中还会惊醒。这种没有爱心的医生，令人不齿。
Dr. Lu is a very kind and knowledgeable dentist! She does thorough cleanings and doesn’t push unnecessary treatments.
New patient be careful!!! This dental asks mandatory full mouth X-ray for new patient. But insurance only covers this in 60-month period(I just learnt this after I visited them). That says I had to wait 5 years to do X-ray if I really need it. But this is their first step. Next when I sat down, they persuaded me deep clean...etc. I really regret I had stepped in this dental.
