LTV tower apartment is in very bad shape now. There are serious issues such as unreliable elevators. It is because their elevator systems are extremely old and outdated. Thus, they cannot find parts in the open market if some parts break down because in my opinion the elevator companies do not make these types of elevators and parts anymore.
