I got an infection after a terrible pedi experience!! I had gone to LTS for several years and usually had good experiences. A few months ago, someone different started doing my pedi. I explained (like I do every time) that my big toenails may be a bit ingrown and to be careful with them. The person starting digging around painfully on one. LTS Nails is truly a neighbourhood gem. The team is friendly with great attention to detail. The salon is uses high-quality products, what really sets them apart is their genuine care for their clients and their ability to stay on top of the latest colours, styles, and trends. After trying several nail salons in the area, this is the one I keep coming back to :)
Absolutely love this place! The salon is clean, relaxing, and welcoming from the moment I walk in. My nails always turn out beautiful. The attention to detail is amazing, and the staff are so friendly and professional. Highly recommend! I’ve been coming here for 16 years. This place is truly the best of the best!
I like this place a lot ,great service but today I sat next to a lady who was on the phone speaking very loud for over an hr complaining about a “ friend” to another friend ! I come here to get relaxed and get my nails done not to listen to other people’s telephone call I wish the management could gently remind costumers without this this common sense to be more mindful and don’t spoil their experience!
