I was trying to get a loan with another lender and went through pure hell. Mike was recommended and took over and got the loan closed in 3 weeks. Mike was very professional and stayed in constant contact when any issues came up.

Don’t sleep on Mike. He is the guy to get the job done. He negotiated a great contract. He has all the connects for your home needs. He offers a great incentive. We closed quickly. We couldn’t ask for anything more out of a Broker. He’s the best I’ve ever worked with.
Found Mike on YouTube. He a was a great help on my house search & offered me much better rates on my mortgage loan than any other banks I shopped around with. If you’re in the DFW, I definitely recommend going with LTI mortgage. Their rates and professionalism are hard to beat!!
