I would give more than 5 stars as LTB Construction did the most amazing job on my basement. They were on time, worked very, very hard and completed the job in 4 weeks. It is high quality precision work and I thank my lucky stars I chose LTB Construction to do this job. I definitely highly recommend them and I look forward to having them complete my garage. Thank you LTB Construction for your great work and being the nicest people.

I cannot be more thankful to Yury and his team at LTB. It is not every day that you can let a contractor into your house and trust them as part of your family. This project was exquisitely done. The team was thoughtful as we managed through unforeseen conditions, and truly considerate of my needs and those of my family. Bravo Yury. I cannot wait to start our next remodel upstairs.

I met Yury thru Facebook Marketplace. He and his guys installed 3 quality windows in my new detached garage. The windows were overkill for my project. His prices were competitive with the cheaply constructed windows sold in the big box stores, but much better quality. He was responsive, professional, fairly priced, and the install was timely and professional. I have 7 rental properties. I will certainly be using Yury for future needs.

We have recently worked with LTB Construction on creating a walk-out basement in our home. Yury and his team were absolutely fantastic to work with! Highly responsive in communication, reliable, professional, and the work was completed to a very high standard. The pricing was very reasonable too.
