I had a terrible experience at LT Pronails and Beauty and will not be returning. I went in asking only for an acrylic removal and a shellac pedicure. During the removal process, they started clipping my nails, cut my cuticles, and even asked what shape and colour I wanted — despite me clarifying multiple times that I did not want a manicure or polish, just a removal. Had to deal with my younger sister who was so upset after being overcharged by this nail salon. They were dismissive and rude, and charged her for a service she DIDN’T ASK FOR. She went back and clarified with them as she was confused and they were rude. Really bad service and not very good product. If you don’t believe me, look at their responses to some of the other bad reviews…
Clean, efficient, long lasting results. All of the technicians do a great job!
I have been going to LT Pro Nails for about 6 months now and have always found the service to be excellent. I started off getting a French Manicure which was done perfectly and to my preference. I then decided go for red and they found the perfect one for me! I have long natural nails so they recommended to be able to keep them like that & prevent breakage to have a "powder" put on top of my natural nails. Couldn't be happier with the outcome. All the ladies are wonderful here :).
My go to! I highly recommend this store and have been coming for decades for waxing manicures and pedicures. The ladies are expert, warm, friendly and kind. They are focused on the finest details to ensure a quality result whether this is waxing or manicure or pedicure. The right price for high quality service and result; hygienic; convenient location.
