I do my nails at LT Pronails every 3 weeks for the last 7 years, I always love the work, the professionalism and how they are super nice with me, I always get new colours, they are always improving the technology, the best place to have your nails with the best treatment ever!!
I had a terrible experience at LT Pronails and Beauty and will not be returning. I went in asking only for an acrylic removal and a shellac pedicure. During the removal process, they started clipping my nails, cut my cuticles, and even asked what shape and colour I wanted — despite me clarifying multiple times that I did not want a manicure or polish, just a removal. At the end, they charged me $90: $80 for what they called a “manicure and pedicure” plus $10 for the removal. This is completely misleading and unfair, as I did... read more
Had to deal with my younger sister who was so upset after being overcharged by this nail salon. They were dismissive and rude, and charged her for a service she DIDN’T ASK FOR. She went back and clarified with them as she was confused and they were rude. Really bad service and not very good product. If you don’t believe me, look at their responses to some of the other bad reviews…
