Overall the nails are usually pretty well done & long lasting. Usually the service is good. However there is one lady who works there (apologies I don’t know her name) who I have noticed before but today in particular provided a below poor customer experience/ service. The 2/5 stars is only because the other ladies who work there are so lovely & always do excellent work. The lady today quite frankly came across as rude & annoyed by me asking her to do my nails.
