I asked for square shaped nails and when I asked for the sides to be filed down to make it thinner, because my nails looked really wide and thick, Wendy got very upset with me and at one point said it’s going to cost more money.. which is ridiculous for filing and I was already paying for a full set. She continued to speak about me to the other workers in Vietnamese and thought I wouldn’t understand. I got my nails done at this place a few times, last time the worker Kelly was horrible, she cut my nails short without asking me, and cut my skin off I didn't say anything at that moment but it hurt for a few days. Today, She won't understand what I wanted so difficult and time-consuming. She would rush you so she can get to the next appointment, I will not recommend this place at all.
