I give them zero stars. I went to ask about nail installation and didn't receive any clear answers. The long-haired man wearing a black mask treated me extremely badly. We were very disappointed when my mom attempted to use her gift certificate today. She was informed the gift certificate was not valid since the shop is now under new ownership. The shop went under new ownership in January. She received the gift certificate for Christmas. When the gift certificate was purchased we were not informed of the business/owner change or that she would have a week to use the gift certificate. Had my nails filled in with gel polish. 2 days later had to have 1 nail fixed now a week later having to get another one fixed
