First, he shows up late. Second, he didn't the equipment to check the engine diagnostics, oil quality, belts/pulleys, etc. The rest of the inspection was visual, something I could have done on my own. Thirdly, he took a bunch of pictures and said that he would be using them in the report -- it has been 3 weeks now and I have not received a report or any contact from him!
