They had my name wrong from the start, and when i tried correcting them, the doctor left and didnt come back for 20 minutes, wouldnt take my ACTUAL name and told me to do a blood sample and urine test and then to leave. Also i went in the for severe back pain thats been starting to carry down my leg and making it to go numb and hard to walk. "Actually you have high blood pressure so that doesnt matter". If you care about yours or your families health dont waste your time here. There's better places.
I started going to lsu memorial about z1 year ago. So far I have been satisfied with the doctors. My problem is getting prescriptions called in. I just called for 2 prescriptions to be filled, only one was filled. Also I keep requesting 90 day refills due to living far from the pharmacy and they keep doing 30 day refills. Prescriptions don't seem to be a priority there

This place has been reduced to very low standards. The doctor that I have been assigned to never returns your calls and never follows up with me. I have been told lately that it's the new system that they have been using. There may be problems with the new system, but this was going on long before the new system. I am extremely disappointed.
