Terrible company. Ordered products through Best Buy and they were shipped with LSO. Products showed delivered but nothing received. Called twice and both times it took two hours to speak to a rep (which turned out to be the same person), told they were going to retrieve package and left name, phone number and email each time to be contacted back on the status.
