The reviews say it all, with the exception of those written by LSI staff members themselves. Absolutely awful renting experience with them with a plethora of fees and made up charges. You'll never get an answer from them. Luckily the homeowner of the home I was renting through LSI started self managing the property I was in after 4 years. BEWARE. Unethical and incredibly unprofessional property management.
Just here to add another 1 star review, would give zero if I could. Avoid this company at all costs. Upon initially viewing the property, we were told it would be cleaned up and walls would be patched. None of that happened. The property was never cleaned after the previous tenants, as evidenced by all the food and crumbs on the floor and in the cupboards. I should not be having to deep clean a house on my move-in date. I’ve been renting with them for over 15 years. They are so behind in things when it comes to tenants. And they charge you for the things they’re supposed to pay. They charged me for a fix on the dryer that was already used saying it was our responsibility. They purposely make sure that the tenant pays and not the landlord. I’ve had a/c got out in the summer and they didn’t fix it until 2 weeks. Didn’t offer any solutions and I had two kids with me. Worst mgmt company in Vegas Avoid any properties they manage. Terrible service
This company is terrible you can never contact anyone the don’t work with you if you have a problem you get charged every time a technician come to your home , they charge me 60 dollars to change 2 light bulbs . I would not recommend anyone dealing with this company .
