Worst mgmt company in Vegas Avoid any properties they manage. Terrible service
This company is terrible you can never contact anyone the don’t work with you if you have a problem you get charged every time a technician come to your home , they charge me 60 dollars to change 2 light bulbs . I would not recommend anyone dealing with this company .
SCAMMER CENTRAL: BEWARE!!!! Been trying to contact management since August. No one calls back, emails back or texts back. Had the worst Hotel room, smelled, bed was like sleeping on a rock, stains and gunk every where , refrigerator didn't work, dishes were a hod podge, owner nor LSI will return any calls, messages or texts. Never ever again will we use or recommend LSI to anyone. HORRIBLE!!!!
Booked through Navan, unfortunately, who booked through, Expedia, unfortunately. Walked in and there is this state of the room: food and hair next to the trash, headboard alllllllll jacked up, stained surfaces EVERYWHERE, the couch didn’t even have cushion covers on them, hair outside the front door and in the bathroom, and MOLD on the bathroom.
