I had to give them one star to write this...I have gone through all the processes that they asked me to, I did all the paper work, I also gathered ALL the documents they asked for....Its been 4 months now and I do NOT have my re-fie done, it was supposedly in under writing and I am out $600... I tried calling and emailing for the last 2 1/2 weeks and nothing!!!!! Everything went very well at first. Could not make our original close date of 12/30/2015 . We are now set for 1/18/2016 closing . Not hearing back from the loan officer who's name i will not mention. I have paid almost $2,000 towards inspections, appraisals, surveys, etc... Getting a little irritated due to the mediocre customer service. They should be more involved in speaking with the closing agent and the realtors.
