I have had my 2025 Crown Signia in for vibration 5 times. Each time they balance the tires and even ride in vehicle with me to confirm the vibration. The Tech and even the Service manager agreed they both feel that vibration that I brought the vehicle in for. Finally they told me they were tired of seeing me here. I purchased my 2012 Toyota RAV4 from L&S Toyota and have trusted their service department since the day I drove it off the lot. For years, I felt they were fair and honest. Unfortunately, all it takes is one bad experience to lose that trust, and sadly, I won’t be returning for service or future vehicle purchases.
