I guess I’ll be the first real review. They don’t answer, they don’t message you on email, or on Zillow. They demand application fees before you see or speak to them, but even then still no contact. Just racking up nonrefundable application fees. We have called the office multiple times and no answers. We will not get any properties through them AT ALL. They aren’t even professional enough to answer a phone on business hours.
Wish I could give 100 stars! Lizzy showed genuine care throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond to ensure that I found the perfect home and even checked in after the sale was completed to see how I was settling in. She was incredibly professional and reliable from start to finish. She ensured that all paperwork was completed accurately and on time, making the closing process smooth and successful. Overall amazing experience, 100/10 recommend.
Sanchez Realty was super helpful and knowledgeable. If you’re a first time home buyer or looking for any recommendations where to start looking, Sanchez Realty is the best. Lizzy was there since the first day, super professional, patient, friendly but mostly experienced.
