(4th Request) Attn: CEO John. I sent several emails to your office to get an update regarding my security deposit. I was told several times that it would be mailed out within 21 days after I moved out of the property but nobody told me that it had already been mailed out until two days ago. Brenda mentioned that it was mailed out on the 20th of March. I spoke with the postal office and they said that there's nothing there. Not recommended. I lived in one of their properties in South Gate which is very oversaturated and therefore overinflated. These property managers take advantage of those conditions to inflate rent for a poorly managed property. Layers of very sloppy paint jobs on the walls. Blankets used as insulation for large holes in the wall directly into another apartment. No legitimate attempt at sound-proofing for privacy. Mismatched floors, broken linoleum and tiles.
