Unhappy with the service provided. My nail tech kept saying trust the process and it didn’t come out right as she assured me it would… I don’t think it’s my place to have to tell my nail tech when it’s not coming together or ugly makes me very uncomfortable. And paying for a service when it’s ugly and doesn’t match at all what you wanted and you’re leaving unhappy and out of the money. Nails were lumpy and thick. Also the design was off too just really unhappy with the nails feeling defected again.
The atmosphere is relaxed. The people are very talented and eager to make sure you get exactly what you want. The price is affordable considering the work is amazing!
No disrespect to the person doing my nails. She was a sweet lady. I just wished I had an better experience. I came in for a gel x nail service, but I was unhappy with the quality of the polish application. I asked for the nails to be removed and ended up getting a regular manicure instead. UPDATE: They offered to redo my nails no charge so I decided to go back and give them a try with another nail tech. Nina and Layla are both 10/10. They are both my go-to when I come. I've been coming here for a while and they have never let me down. They both take their time and do phenomenal work 🫶 I give them a design idea and tell them to do what they think is best bc I trust their judgement. They always do me right. Both designs are freehand, toes by Nina and nails by Layla 💕
