I had such an amazing experience at LS Nail & Spa! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and very relaxing. The staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. Everything felt very professional, and you can tell they really care about the quality of their work and their customers’ experience. First appointment with Jenny this morning and it was great! She was on time, friendly, communicated the whole time and exceeded my expectations. Very friendly and did an amazing job on my nails.
After being on hiatus from acrylic nails for over ten years, this was a nice way to treat myself for the upcoming holiday events in attending. The techs were very nice and didn't mind helping each other. They gave valuable suggestions to each other and made sure the services rendered were topnotch. I loved that! The shop is aesthetically pleasing and the conversation was professional but stimulating. It felt like a girls' day at the spa and I left there feeling confident and ready to show off my cute manicure and pedicure!
