Highly unethical. They failed to rent my house after several months, and cancelled my contract when I put it on the market, in violation of the contract.

This company is all about money and they will do what ever it takes to get it even if it means taken advantage of there tenants they all are unprofessional and unreliable I am renting from them and cant wait til the lease is over they they have abused there power of a landlord and have allowed me and my family to suffer they have us living in poor condition the property I live in has a major plumbing issue it's so bad that the feces is coming out the drain outside we can't flush our bathroom toilets it's a mess we have been ... read more

And when viewing the home, he was very detailed, and explained everything. Talk to me about my possibly friendly neighbors and my privacy.
