My car was towed to LRE after I broke down on I 270 and the shop I chose was unable to even look at my car the same week. The shop I wanted recommended LRE and as a first time customer I have nothing but good things to say about them. They fixed my car within a day and didn’t overcharge me for things I didn’t need. Thank you LRE and Greg. My company vehicle has a contract with another company, but Greg didn't flinch when I needed help in a hurry. We figured out the 'problem', cleaned out all the debris on the engine, topped off the wiper fluid, and reset the check engine light, all things our provider failed to do hours earlier that very same day. All with a smile on his face, not making me feel embarassed. Thank you, thank you.
Treated horribly, lied to about service done, finish times, and even when would get call backs. Took an 18 yr old boys $228.00 and car is not done, same as when taken there. Service guy, young, very rude, even told us to our face, its not done, didnt have time! It was there two weeks. Was told by others to not go here, wont again.
