Came in clutch in time of need 10/10 service
Paid 6,200.00 to Lima in 2022. The work on my car never got done. Strung me along for years. I took them to court in 2025, and won the case. Had to file for another court case for failure to pay and release of my vehicle. They still haven't started the payment plan they set up or put the engine back in for release of my car. No phone communication and won't respond to txt messages. No integrity. It's sad because up until my audi we did good business. Took my Chevy Obs to them to have the motor and transmission rebuilt, they took weeks to even get it done, once they returned the truck to me, the transmission was still shifting super bad and Shook the whole truck, I gave them the truck back to so they could fix it again, took weeks again to return it to me, and was still not fixed at all, and The cycle kept repeating, and the transmission was never fixed, They just kept putting trash transmission in it. Worst shop ever paid a ton of money to have repairs done that was never done they claimed they replaced my whole front end and I had it back to them 3 times before I took it to someone else and come to find out my stock rack is still in there and everything so they lied about all the work they claimed they did!!! My vehicle Hasn't drove since taking it to them which was last year!!!!
