DO NOT GO HERE!!! I have pearl earrings purchased 1 year ago, kept in best care, taking off nightly, never showering with them, etc. They have broken the pearl off from the post THREE TIMES despite repairs and promises that they will not break again. Their promises are meaningless and they will charge you for flimsy repairs at best with horrible, accusatory customer service, I advise you go anywhere else but here.
UPDATE TO THE PREVIOUS (Below) Drew was highly responsive and replaced them with a new, hopefully sturdier pair. He gave great customer service in fixing the issues we had had before. If you shop here, I would recommend asking for Drew as he greatly improved our experience with this business. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I brought my watch to this shop to have the back screws tightened. I had to bring it back twice for issues it hadn’t had in the ten years I owned it. They ended up breaking the movement and claimed that I bought a poor quality watch, despite the fact that every issue it had could be traced back to their actions.
Amazing customer service as well as knowledge I didn’t know a lot about necklaces but got a little knowledge now and I was in and out in record time.
