BEWARE- owner parks his old BMW in the no parking zone in the crowded lot behind parked cars. Even when willing to pay for minor cosmetic damages, he is unwilling to speak directly to you, give any information besides first name, or get a second opinion. He is wary of having things in writing. He takes it to his buddy’s shop and upcharges the damages to fix more than what was caused. INSURANCE SCAM
