LPS plumbing has officially lost a long standing customer. I’ve used LPS plumbing for over 10 years and my last experience was horrendous. I made an appointment and waited 2 weeks for plumber Mark to show up and blatantly say “I don’t have time for this.” Mark then stated that he’d have Pam from the office call to schedule this job … well I’m still waiting for that phone call from Pam.
