I’ve been living here for nearly three years, and because my family is Asian, we’ve been unfairly targeted by this company. They purposely look for violations on our property—sometimes in areas completely out of public view—and still report them. They are harassing my elderly parents who have lived here before most of them was even born. My parents home caught on fire almost 3 years ago and of course they had to remodel their home. They just now a few months ago sent a letter stating they violated for painting there home and want my father who is 82 years old to email permission to paint 2 years after fire. This company is a joke, don’t expect and type of transparency when dealing with them. When you ask for justifications on increased homeowner associated cost you will get ignored and will charge you delinquent fees monthly until the increase is paid

Terrible Company to Deal with. I even spoke with the President and he refused to help the situation. Their system relies on neighbors snitching on each other. Would not recommend
