So bad
I have repeatedly reached out to this company to correct their mailing information. I sold my condo first of July and have been sent collection notices and certified mail for delayed payment after condo sale.Now they are sending the collection notices with the new owners name to my home.I have repeatedly tried to have this corrected, but no one will return my calls.This has been at least 12 pieces of collection mail sent to wrong address (all of been labeled return to sender) Do better LPI ,for all the fees yall collect, you... read more
Fist of all, they suddenly had about 20 five star reviews get posted in a three day period. These are fake reviews. LPI is just paying people to give positive reviews to hide the fact that they're terrible. Sort the reviews by "lowest" if you want accurate reviews. My reason for the bad review is the following: They charge $585 to provide owners with the resell certificate. This is an outrageous amount of money for a few documents. LPI Property Management is fantastic, and Amanda is the real MVP. She handles everything with a smile, even the wild questions I probably shouldn’t admit to asking. Highly recommend — especially if you want a manager who actually gets things DONE (and keeps you laughing too)!
