The Pedregal Landscape Committee has been judging and awarding Yard of the Month since October of 2025. We drive by every home at the end of each month, usually judging 10-15 yards per member, in preparation to make awards for the next month. Once we choose our winner for the following month, we are on a tight schedule to get the task completed. I have been doing battle with This management company for three years. During the pandemic, our payment for our HOA fees was sent in but LPI lost it, and it never got processed and we were never notified that our fees were late. By the time we realized there was a problem with our account they were claiming we owed them an excessive of $3000. Ridiculous HOA management company. Too many hoops too many fines, fees for everything even though they do nothing but point out violations and read and write emails.

I cannot say enough positive things about Terri Box at LPI Property Management. As an HOA Board Member she is a vital asset for our neighborhood. She is professional and EXTREMELY knowledgeable and always available to answer questions. Beyond her professional qualities she is quite personable and very friendly.
