Took my mother into the office to try to set up an appointment while at lee health seeing another doctor about a week and a half ago. There was a younger blonde behind the counter who i believe was named kelsy. My mother is in her 80s and hard of hearing. This woman was totally disrespectful. The entire time my mother attempted to speak with her, she continued to throw things at another employee (squeaky duck?), watch videos on her phone, and basically 'goof off' as if she was at recess rather than at work.
