I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Lee Primary care today. Doctor Tolbert was truly awesome, attentive, caring, extremely knowledgeable and genuinely interested in listening to everything I had to say. What impressed me most was the amount of time the doctor spent with me. I never felt rushed or like I was being hurried out the Doctor Tolbert took the time to listen carefully, answer all my questions, explain everything clearly, and make sure I understood what we discussed. Ive been coming here for 2 years, i have medicare with a zero co pay for my primary physician. Now Lee Health is charging me an additional fee of $60 saying the office visit is now at an off site location. No changes have been made to the office other than the clarification of a off site visit. I called my insurance co, they advised me the additional charge is the way Lee Health is billing my insurance company. Im on a fixed income and it feels like they dont care. First time there and love it. Nothing having a good laugh in a doctor office.
Outstanding experience. Dr. Jeffrey Smith and the team took their time, explained everything thoroughly, and answered all my questions. Waiting time was extremely reasonable and a very compassionate, professional staff. Highly recommend!
