I noticed it takes time to get established with them I wasn't treated right in the beginning but I didn't give up or let that deter me I kept going back I did everything I was supposed to do the staff is amazing the doctors are a little hard in the beginning but it turns out they are helping me with my condition I highly recommend don't get discouraged on your first visit

I recently took my uncle to this clinic (Pain Management) and Saw Dr Daren D. Subnaik , and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. We arrived about ten minutes late, and I had called ahead to inform them, but the doctor accused us of being two hours late and was very rude. Moreover, he seemed to judge my uncle based on his appearance and made unwarranted assumptions about his health. My doctor sent a referral over to them on the 9-10. I've left them messages my referring doctor has called them they said they were still reviewing my chart and they would call me back this week. Apparently Dr. Yousuf and the people at the desk are entirely incompetent and lack any sort of care. When I called them today on 10-4 they basically said they weren't able to take me since it was out of their scope of knowledge. No one even called to tell me this so I can figure something else out. I already came here a couple of times with my mom. She is Dr Yousuf patient. He is great but the staff at the front desk is horrible. Nobody asks you anything, waiting a long time to check in. When finally you can talk with someone that person is very unhappy and you can see she has no desire to work. I didn't write a review till now because I know everyone has bad days and I like to give credit to people but unfortunately this is something that happens all the time.
