Find somewhere else to go if you need care. They are absolutely no help at all. My relative is a patient and they have given her the run around on several occasions, she's been unable to receive the care she needs because no one at the office cares enough to send proper documentation to her insurance. One day they tell her she is good to go, then when she shows up they refuse care and give her a bs excuse on why they cant complete what the doctor ordered. Terrible.

Terrible experience. Never was able to actually see anyone as they needed a doctor referral. So I provided, on two occasions but they claim they didn’t receive until “just this morning”. It was a lie, my KC doctor confirmed they had sent both faxes, the second sent to an alternative number to make sure it was received, and in fact they had sent on the say indicated. I’ve called this place numerous times and have left 4 voicemails trying to just make an appointment. If their scheduling department is so horrible, why would anyone want to use these doctors?

This place absolutely sucks. They need some serious training and how to execute proper business skills. I called them for about a week only to keep getting put through to a voicemail. Then I called them several times in a row and this lady answered the phone. I believe I called them three times in a row only to keep getting put through to voicemail and because I called repeatedly she finally answered the phone. Appointments are scheduled way out and still can't get anyone on the phone to check if there are early openings.
